Our Process

Our farming practices, aligned with the Rainforest Alliance’s Sustainable Agriculture Standard, respect the land, our workers, and their families. We strive for circularity, using only organic fertilizers produced on-farm, and returning the by-products of the coffee process to the land.

We process our coffee on the premises under the supervision of a Q Processing Level 2 professional. We approach coffee growing and processing as a never-ending journey as we work to make the next harvest better than the last and we explore new techniques to produce novel flavors and aromas.
